Earth Day is celebrated annually on April 22nd, and several of our high schools celebrated this year by organizing a litter clean up. In partnership with the Keep Lincoln Lancaster County Beautiful Community Clean Up Grant Program, student and staff volunteers at Lincoln High, Southeast, and Northeast were provided the equipment and supplies needed to safely pick up litter at their chosen site. Collectively, 23 volunteers were able to pick up 55 pounds of litter!
