The Educators Health Alliance (EHA) Wellness Elevate program is a voluntary health improvement initiative supporting LPS staff in leading healthier, happier lives
Incentives
- $150 VISA gift card in September for staff meeting Elevate requirements: 3 Completed challenges, Health risk assessment survey and Elevate health form signed by you and your provider within the Sept.1-Aug. 31

- Join EHA Wellness at any time at www.ehawellness.org (New to benefits eligibility? It may take a few weeks for the system to have you in/processed. Once insurance is active, or about 30 days, so is your EHA Wellness)
- New program year starts Sept. 1
How to Take Part
- Visit EHA Wellness or access through the LPS portal.
- Watch for emails from EHA Wellness about Elevate program opportunities that include your personal EHA Wellness code, or use the code lookup on their website to get started

Workout Wednesdays for Staff
Wear comfy shoes and be extra active. Donate for a button to wear and gain the privilege to wear blue jeans or dress fitness fabulous (Think classy PE teacher) on Wednesdays. Payroll monthly deductions or one-time donation are available. Funds support TeamMates and LPS Wellness efforts
Nutrition or Fitness Health Coaching through UNL Senior Students
6-8 week individualized coaching program through health coaching by senior students at UNL for LPS staff/spouses. Coaching is professor guided and may be done mostly via zoom, with some in person opportunities. Usually offered during UNL spring semester; watch for announcements. No cost to you
Holiday Hold’em, Maintain Instead of Gain Promo
Opportunity to keep your scale steady from Thanksgiving through Winter Break. No one sees your weight but you. Prize drawings for those who complete the activity and report their results
