At LPS, we believe in supporting staff in focusing on their health, happiness and work-life balance. As part of our commitment to the 2024-2029 LPS Strategic Plan and Staff Wellbeing, we’ve curated meaningful resources like EHA Wellness, Vitality, Continuum, and BenefitHub.

These programs are designed to provide staff with tools and support, empowering you to stay healthy, find balance, and thrive in your personal and professional lives. By prioritizing wellness, we’re creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported so you can continue the important work you do for students.

EHA Wellness

The Educators Health Alliance (EHA) Wellness program is a voluntary health improvement initiative designed to support LPS employees in leading healthier, happier lives.

Eligibility

Open to LPS employees enrolled in Blue Cross Blue Shield health and/or dental plans.

How to Participate

  1. Visit EHA Wellness Login or access through the LPS portal.
  2. You’ll need an EHA code.

Vitality

Vitality is a wellbeing program designed to help LPS employees improve their health through fun, personalized activities. Participants can earn points for healthy habits, track progress, and enjoy meaningful rewards!

Benefits

  • Personalized Health Assessments
    • Get insights into your current health, lifestyle habits, and areas for improvement.
  • Flexible Activity Tracking
    • Earn points for a variety of activities, from walking and workouts to setting wellness goals. You can even connect a fitness tracker to make tracking easier, but it’s not required.
  • Engaging Challenges
    • Participate in fun, goal-oriented activities to stay motivated.
  • Rewards and Recognition
    • Earn points for completing healthy activities and enjoy exciting rewards.

Eligibility

This program is available to all LPS employees who are eligible for health insurance benefits, even if you have waived LPS health insurance. Spouses of staff members covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance through LPS are also eligible. Please note: Health benefit eligibility applies to employees working more than 17.5 hours per week.

  2. Complete your registration
  3. Take the health assessment to receive personalized recommendations
  4. Link a fitness tracker or health app to begin tracking your progress and earning points

Continuum

Continuum is a free and confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) designed to help LPS employees balance work, family, and personal life.
