Smoothie bikes are a wacky invention of a stationary bike that has been fitted with a special blender which spins as you pedal. No electricity needed for this “fender blender”, just human muscles.
Fruit Crush Recipes
The recipe is simple (just fruit and juice). Add your ingredients to the blender, pedal for a quick 45‐60 seconds, pour and enjoy. Each batch creates 8—1/2 cup servings.
