The MFDs found throughout the district offer the ability to scan a document to a PDF file, so you have access to it electronically. Scanning a document does NOT make it into an editable file, like a Google doc.
Scanning items to Google Drive safely stores the file for future reference. See the Scan to Google Drive or Print from Google Drive instructions for more information.
