You can submit a Substitute Teacher Evaluation for substitutes that go above and beyond!
When a substitute has shown areas that need improvement or a concern, please submit the Substitute Teacher Evaluation for that situation as well. Those substitutes will be contacted by Human Resources to discuss the situation.
