In the event of mechanical failures, natural disasters, or other disruptions they should be able to resume a normal operating environment in short order. This could apply to the data important to you and your work as well, but you have to have your information somewhere other than your own computer to make sure it is included in the district’s backup strategy.

Any process that gets a copy of your files safely in another location will work, but something on this page should fit you and your work situation.
