Who do I talk to about my order?
Q: When do I talk to the Print Center and when do I talk to the Help Desk?
A: The District Print Center should be contacted for:
- previously submitted print orders
- delivery issues
- special orders requiring Print Center assistance
The Help Desk should be contacted for:
- assistance with submitting an order for the first time
- issues with Xerox MFDs or Xerox laser printers
- issues with computer workstations or network access
