Perform is the system used to complete the LPS Appraisal process that is based on the Danielson Frameworks for Teaching.  The system helps to store forms electronically and track the progress of the appraisal process.

The HR Support Technician has the access to unlock forms. Please notify your appraiser so they can contact HR directly with the request to unlock the form. 

Goals need to be submitted by the last day of first quarter.

Certified staff have a summative appraisal every probationary year. Once tenured, certified staff moves to Permanent status and will have a summative every three years.

Please note: Summative appraisals can be completed at any time at the discretion of your administrator.
