Who do I talk to about my order?

Q: When do I talk to the Print Center and when do I talk to the Help Desk?

A: The District Print Center should be contacted for:

  • previously submitted print orders
  • delivery issues
  • special orders requiring Print Center assistance

The Help Desk should be contacted for:

  • assistance with submitting an order for the first time
  • issues with Xerox MFDs or Xerox laser printers
  • issues with computer workstations or network access
