Scan to Print Center Process Enhanced with Due Date

As the new school year begins, some of the processes for submitting work to the district Print Center have been refined.

The first update to be announced is that you will now be able to specify a due date for work scanned from an MFD to the district Print Center.  This is critical at particularly busy times (beginning of the year, teacher work days, etc) because it enables everyone to prioritize work so that jobs that can wait are held to allow more time-sensitive jobs to be completed.

All posters that hang above the MFDs will have a sticker affixed to them indicating the minor changes in the process and the handouts found below have also been updated to reflect the changes.

This change will be applied to the MFDs across the district on Monday, August 14th.
