Need more toner??

Q:  What do I do if the MFD or printer says that it is LOW on toner?

 A:  Check with one of your building Key Operators since every building should have at least one spare toner available for replacement. 

If there is a spare toner available, wait until the printer or MFD reports NO TONER.  When the device reports LOW TONER there are still several thousand prints left in the toner and should not be replaced yet.

If there is not one available, please submit a Helpdesk ticket requesting a replacement toner.  Be sure to mention the network name of the printer or MFD in the ticket (example: rop1xm299).

Tickets dealing with supplies are routed to a Xerox technician and will be delivered to your building.
