Superintendent Search Process
September 27, LPS Superintendent Steve Joel announced his plans to retire at the end of the 2021–2022 school year. The Lincoln Board of Education started the search for the next superintendent with the selection of a search firm on November 9. There will be plenty of opportunities for staff, students, parents and community members to engage in the process.
Leadership Profile Report
This report presents the findings of the Leadership Profile Assessment conducted by Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates (HYA) from November 2021 through January 2022 for the new superintendent of the Lincoln Public School. The data was obtained from input the HYA consultants received when they met with individuals and groups in either individual interviews or focus group settings and from the results of the online survey completed by stakeholders.
The community was encouraged to participate in a survey during the first 3 weeks of December 2021. The results of that survey are available here.
