Highlights of the 11/2 Board of Education Special Meeting

The Lincoln Board of Education met for a special meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 2, at the Lincoln Public Schools District Office, 5905 O St. The purpose of the special meeting was for the Board to interview superintendent search firm finalists and then select the organization to assist the district in the selection of a new LPS superintendent.

After interviewing both firms, the Board voted to approve Hazard, Young, Attea and Associates as the organization to serve as the Superintendent Search Firm.

Next steps in the process will be shared with the public on the LPS website and through local news media when the information becomes available.
