Official transcripts must be requested through the LSW Registrar’s Office. Complete details and necessary forms can be found on the LSW website.
Current students may contact their counselor to request an unofficial transcript, which is typically sufficient to self-report grades or courses. This information is also available in Synergy Student/ParentVUE under the Course History tab (not available in the app).
