What is the Lincoln Community Learning Centers Non-Profit Board?

The Lincoln CLC Non-Profit Board is a 12-member board that  was created though the Safe and Successful Kids Interlocal Agreement between the Lincoln Public Schools and the City of Lincoln.  It is meant to serve as the oversight of the 29 Lincoln Community Learning Centers and provide budget and programs advice to the Safe and Successful Kids Interlocal Board.  The Board’s membership includes members from Lincoln Public Schools staff, City of Lincoln staff, and leaders from the Lincoln community

The Collaboration

The Lincoln Community Learning Center Board was created through the joint LPS and City of Lincoln Safe and Successful Kids Interlocal Agreement. The Lincoln Community Learning Center Board works in collaboration with the Safe and Successful Kids Interlocal Board.

Meeting schedule can be found on our information page.

Meetings follow the open meetings act and are open to the public.  Meeting agendas are posted and available for public review at the Lincoln Public Schools District Office, 5905 O Street, Lincoln, Nebraska and City/County Building, 555 S. 10th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska during business hours, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on days the buildings are open.

Meetings will be held at 2:30 in the 5th floor conference room of the Lincoln Community Foundation at 215 Centennial Mall South, Lincoln, Nebraska.
