The LPS Supplier Portal
Lincoln Public Schools is now using an online supplier portal. The LPS Supplier Portal can be used to interested parties to register with the commodity codes they can supply. Suppliers using the portal will have the opportunity to submit proposals and quotes for items LPS is intending to purchase, results can also be seen through the portal.
Adjudicators, assigners, officials and judges must also register using the supplier portal. This is to verify tax information and to ensure LPS has the correct addresses on file. Registration only has to be done once. Any address or name changes will need to be updated by the individual using the portal.
Important — A completed W9 is required with registration. To retrieve a blank copy of a W9 you can visit the IRS website to download the latest copy.
