PreACT Test Information for Thursday, November 4th

On Thursday, November 4th, the PreACT assessment will be administered to students who are in 10th and 11th grade. ALL sophomores and juniors are expected to take the PreACT. This will be a non-school day for current freshmen and seniors– only those students taking the PreACT will need to report to school that day.

 On Thursday, November 4, sophomores and juniors will need to report to East High School for check-in no later than 7:45 a.m. Testing will begin by 8:05 a.m. and will last until approximately 12:30 p.m.

SOPHOMORES: Enter through the main door, DOOR 1.
JUNIORS: Enter through DOOR 21 near the gym. 

Please note that students MUST arrive on time, and students MAY NOT USE CELL PHONES OR ELECTRONIC DEVICES AT ALL during the entire testing period. We ask that students do not bring cell phones or electronics with them. No food or drink is allowed in the classroom testing spaces. Students MUST wear their school ID as some form of ID is necessary as required by ACT for students to be able to test. Students should bring their own CALCULATOR and several sharpened No. 2 pencils – NO mechanical pencils may be used. Students can check with their math teacher to make sure their calculator is permitted by ACT. Attendance for this test is extremely important. Students will be dismissed when the test is completed.
