University of Nebraska Deadline Extensions

Application Deadline
Due to disruption of daily life brought on by the spread of COVID-19, Nebraska has extended their admission and merit scholarship deadline from May 1, 2020 to June 1, 2020.

If students scored at least a 23 on their ACT and have a strong high school GPA, they may still be eligible for a merit-based scholarship to Nebraska—all they need to do is apply to be eligible. For questions or concerns, contact admissions@unl.edu or call 402-472-2023.Application Details

Additionally, students affected by COVID-19 may request a special circumstances re-evaluation of their 2020–21 federal financial aid application (i.e. estimated family contribution from the FAFSA), which may increase their eligibility for need-based financial aid.
