The Peter Kiewit Institute in Omaha is offering summer academies. The Holland Academy of Excellence is June 11-14 and is for students who excel in math or science and have an interest in engineering and technology. The PKI/OPPD Sustainability Academy is July 24-27. Students will leave with a knowledge of biomimicry and how it fits into sustainability. Both academies are open to all high school students and limited to 40 participants.
