Seniors planning on attending a post-secondary school MUST fill out a (green) “Request for Final Transcript” form and return it to the registrar’s office before a final transcript can be sent. Forms are available in the registrar’s office, which is located in the Counseling Center. Final transcripts will not be mailed until after June 7, 2017. Class ranks and grade-point averages will not be available until June 6, 2017.
