EducationQuest increased the number of college fairs this spring to help juniors narrow their college choices before they take the ACT in April — and before they apply for financial aid and college admission early in the fall. These events can also help seniors make their final college selection — and help sophomores kick-start their college search process.
The college fair schedule is as follows:
Lincoln Area College Fair – Sunday, March 19, 1-3 p.m., Southeast Community College
Grand Island Area College Fair – Sunday, March 26, 1-3 p.m., Pinnacle Bank Expo Center
Omaha Area College Fair – Sunday, April 9, 1-3 p.m., University of Nebraska Omaha Sapp Fieldhouse
Before attending, students should register for a barcode at NebraskaCollegeFairs.org, print the barcode, or download it to their smartphone, and take it to the fair so college reps can scan it– saving you from completing college interest forms.
