1) Applicant must have experienced a significant hardship such as emotional or sexual/physical abuse, death of a parent, debilitating accident/illness, recent refugee status, a member of an oppressed minority or first generation.
2) Applicant must plan on pursuing degree in business or agriculture.
3) Applicant must demonstrate financial need.
