Clinic with a Heart will be offering free school physicals and immunizations on Saturday, August 8 and Saturday, August 15, 2015 from 8:30-11:00 a.m. Clinic with a Heart is located on 1701 S. 17th Street, Lower Level. If your child needs any immunizations, please bring their current immunization records (If you are unable to attend these days to receive immunizations, you may contact the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department at 402 441-8065 for an appointment).
This is a first come, first serve clinic. They will have a limited number of students that can be seen each day, so please arrive during the above times. Each student must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
