Washburn University in Topeka, KS now has a program called Interstate Tuition Waiver that includes Nebraska. With the Interstate Tuition Waiver, Nebraska residents may now attend Washburn without paying out of state tuition fees. In addition, Washburn offers multiple scholarships to qualifying freshman.
