Information for All Families

Access to fourth quarter grades in ParentVUE

On May 29, the Lincoln Public Schools will switch the student information system to the Summer School term. This means that up until that time, families can review final grades in the ParentVUE Report Card tab. After that date, you can access final grade information from the Documents tab or Course History tab in ParentVUE.

REMINDER: School physicals

It is time to schedule your students’ school physical for next school year! All students benefit from an annual wellness exam.

Families of kindergarten and seventh grade students for the 2024-2025 school year need to provide evidence of a physical examination completed by a physician, physician assistant, or an advance practice registered nurse to the school your child attends – or will attend. There are required immunizations needed for school that are given to kindergarteners and seventh grade students during their school physical.

All students must be current with all school required immunizations and provide proof to the school. There are many resources available and the school nurse can assist you if you have questions.

Please note that high school athletic physicals need to be completed after May 1st to be eligible for the 2024-2025 sports season.

May 1 NSAA transfer deadline

REMINDER – May 1 is the deadline for transferring students participating in NSAA activity or athletics. Students in grades 9-11 who are  transferring high schools and are interested in participating in any NSAA activity or athletics during the 2024-2025 must follow all of the following steps prior to May 1, 2024:

Once the student is notified they are accepted into their new high school, your child will need to contact the athletic director at the new high school to indicate their transfer and interest in participating. Failure to contact the new high school athletic director prior to May 1, 2024 will jeopardize a student’s eligibility to participate in varsity activities during the 2024-25 school year. Please note: Any student who has already used their May 1 NSAA transfer option will have to meet other transfer eligibility requirements or be ineligible for varsity competition for the first 90 school days during the 2024-25 school year.
