Students in Kindergarten through 5th grade at Lincoln Public Schools receive age-appropriate instruction designed to support prosocial skill development. These student development lessons are designed to build the social, emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal skills that support a strong foundation and for successful careers, lifelong learning, and civic engagement. The student development lessons are:
- Skills-based and meet the criteria on the student development section of the report card
- Aligned with the PAR (Prevention, Accountability, and Restorative Practices) Behavior Framework
- Integrated with CASEL core competencies
