HR5 – Driver Certification

The HR5 is the Driver Certification for Use of District, Personal, or Rental Vehicles or Transportation of Students. Employees need to complete the HR5 when they are or will be:

• Driving Athletic, Activity, or Rental Vans
• Driving a District-Owned or Leased Vehicle
• Driving Students as part of employment
• Driving a Personal Vehicle as part of employment approved by the District
• Driving Rental Vehicle
• Bus Transportation Driver
