EDRRP – Electronic Device Repair and Replacement Program
The Electronic Device Repair and Replacement Program is an optional program that allows an employee to pay a small monthly fee that covers some of the financial risks for possessing district-owned laptop computers and other covered electronic devices. Electronic devices covered through the Program will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the employee. The Program provides repair or replacement due to:
- Accidental Damage
- Liquid Damage and Drops
- Theft
- Fire
- Vandalism
- Natural Disasters (floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, tornados, water damage, and power surge due to lightning)

Reporting Damage or Loss: When a loss or damage occurs, the employee is to initiate the damage, loss, and theft reporting process by entering a help desk ticket (also in the LPS Portal).
