DDTF – District Designated Treatment Facility

District Designated Treatment Facility (DDTF) for Lincoln Public Schools when employees do not have a primary care physician, OR their physician does not accept workers’ compensation.

If your physician will not treat you for a work-related injury, you must go to the District Designated Treatment Facility (DDTF).
