Cherry Street School (“Old Prescott”)

• LOCATION: 20th & Cherry (now Sumner) streets
• OPERATION: 1889·1922

Built in 1889, Cherry Street School was named for its location. It was also called “Old Prescott.” After the construction of the new Prescott building in 1921 the old building was used for a year.
