Update: Pausing remote learning

Lincoln Public Schools families,

Today your child’s school shared information with you about our remote learning website. We were pleased with the response by our families and the eagerness to get started. Our staff has worked very hard to prepare these learning materials for your child, but we quickly learned that more infrastructure is needed to best serve our families. At this time we are suspending remote learning until we are able to fortify our systems. This will also allow teachers and staff to be better prepared to serve you and your child. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause and appreciate your patience as we work through the launch of a new learning initiative. 

We will continue with plans on the elementary grades 2-5 Chromebook distribution as emailed out by your school so when we are ready your child will be able to access the materials. Early childhood through first grade families will be able to access materials soon. We will email you when they are available.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding as we navigate through this evolving situation. We appreciate your partnership in supporting all children.
