Through <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/home.lps.org\/sustainability\/green-schools-recognition-program\/\">this program<\/a><\/span>, schools choose and complete a variety of earth-friendly activities throughout the school year. These activities earn the school points towards Green, Greener and Greenest levels of achievement, plus corresponding funding rewards for future sustainability projects.<\/p><p>11 schools submitted their activities from 2023-24, with 201 activities reported across the district. LPS staff, students, families and community partners spent time in gardens, read from the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/presentation\/d\/1i0hpwmzkgB7IAawrW8zo1DzZj6_adzpeTYyuk_VlBgo\/edit#slide=id.ga7577d6112_1_18526\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Climate Action Bookshelf<\/a><\/span>, celebrated <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/home.lps.org\/sustainability\/2024\/04\/30\/2024-earth-month-recap\/\">Earth Day<\/a><\/span> and more!
