is the practice of Lincoln Public Schools to be open and transparent by posting the contracts for the superintendent position when the contracts are considered and finalized by the Lincoln Board of Education.\u00a0<\/p><p>In addition to the superintendent&#8217;s contract, according to Nebraska legislation known as the Superintendent Pay Transparency Act, we must also prominently post on our website the contract for the top administrator for our ESU.<\/p><p>The information for both positions is also reported to and posted on the State Department of Education website.<\/p><p>These 2026\u20132027 contracts are\/were scheduled for board consideration or approval on<\/p><ul><li><strong>LPS Superintendent:<\/strong> May 2026<\/li><li><strong>ESU Administrator:<\/strong> April 28,
