FBA/BIP

Description

Behavior intervention plans are an individualized Tier 3 intervention that must be based on and connected to the function of the student’s behavior. It is imperative to understand this process and effectively implement function based strategies as part of the BIP. This session will focus on the key components of the BIP connected to function, as well as the necessary roles to develop and implement an effective BIP.

Description

MTSS-B is ideal for implementing strategies to support students coming back to school and to prevent and address further challenges. This session will focus on six strategies for school teams to ensure a safe, predictable, and positive school year. These strategies are beneficial for all students if the school has been closed, as well as for individual students returning from extended time away from school.
