The HR5 is the Driver Certification for Use of District, Personal, or Rental Vehicles or Transportation of Students. Employees need to complete the HR5 when they are or will be:
- Driving Athletic, Activity, or Rental Vans
- Driving a District-Owned or Leased Vehicle
- Driving Students as part of employment
- Driving a Personal Vehicle as part of employment approved by the District
- Driving Rental Vehicle
- Bus Transportation Driver
