What is Facilities Scheduler?<\/p><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Facilities Scheduler is Lincoln Public Schools\u2019 online reservation system.\u00a0 Reservations involving two or more participants should be made using this system.\u00a0 Your reservation is your agreement to follow ALL Lincoln Public Schools\u2019 terms and conditions for usage of the building or facility.\u00a0 A link to the Facility Use Terms and Conditions can be found\u00a0 in the LPS Facility Use Guidelines\u00a0 section.<\/p>

Reservations can be a single- or recurring-use request and can be make for more than one room at a time.\u00a0 It is important to cancel any reservation that will not be used to avoid being invoiced, to allow others to utilize the building or facility and to keep Lincoln Public Schools\u2019 utility costs to a minimum.<\/p>

Facilities Scheduler will turn on and off the associated heating and cooling systems HVAC equipment for your reservations in the buildings.<\/p>

No outside reservations are accepted on the following days:<\/strong><\/p>
