team by the Tier 2 team typically when lower-level, Tier 2 interventions (at least 2) do not result in adequate progress.<\/li><li>Any student not responding adequately to CICO, S\/AIG and\/or Mentoring etc.<\/li><li>Request for Assistance made by the Tier 2 team or family<\/li><li>Data identifies student as in need (# of ODRs, suspensions, absences, etc..).<\/li><\/ul><p>Exception to the system: Adult perceives youth as in urgent need (lower-level support not seen as adequate)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
