Purchase a cap and gown prior to January 31, 2025. Starting February 1, 2026, a late fee of $15 is assessed.
Orders can be placed on the website and shipped to your address through May 13, 2026, at midnight.
Orders placed between May 14 – 21, 2026, will need to be picked up independently at Signature Graduation.
If you purchase apparel with the cap and gown, orders will be shipped within a few weeks of purchase. If you only purchase and cap and gown, the items will be shipped later in the school year when all items are available to ship.
If you qualify for free/reduced lunch, click here to fill out a Google form for a cap and gown waiver. The Standing Bear deadline to complete the form is April 15, 2026.
A fee waiver must be completed before the items can be ordered. Click here to complete the waiver.
Fee waiver orders will be delivered to Standing Bear the week of May 11, 2026.
