ROTC-Reserve Officer Training Corp.
The Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) is a college program offered at more than 1,700 colleges and universities across the United States that prepares young adults to become officers in the U.S. Military.
U.S. Navy and Marine ROTC–The Marines do not have their own Marine ROTC program, but instead aspiring Marines take part in the Navy ROTC Marine Option program. They can also apply for the Navy ROTC Marine Option Scholarship program, awarded to students meeting certain requirements.
