Congratulations FBLA!
East FBLA had 9 members attend the National Leadership Conference this summer in Atlanta, Georgia! We had a very busy time competing, meeting new people, visiting the Georgia Aquarium, Coca Cola Museum, and we toured Chick-fil-A’s national headquarters! Nixon H placed 2nd in Economics and Annabelle K placed 4th in Introduction to Parliamentarian Procedures! She also serves as the Nebraska FBLA State Parliamentarian!

Congratulations East FBLA Global Business Team!
The Lincoln East FBLA Global Business Team placed 1st at the National Conference in Nashville, Tennessee this summer! Team members qualified for the national conference by placing 1st at the state level in April.
The competition starts with all teams taking an online test with the top 15 presenting a case study for a panel of judges. Team members include Ojus Jain, Alicia Zeng, and Elliot Sandfort. In addition to each of them receiving a trophy, the team shares a $1,000 scholarship!

Good Luck East FBLA
Lincoln East FBLA will have 14 members competing at the Nebraska FBLA State Leadership Conference April 3-5 in Omaha, Nebraska. Nebraska FBLA offers about 60 different competitions that include the following
- Team Events – online test and performance
- Tests – multiple choice on a wide variety of business subjects
- Speeches – prepared and impromptu
- Presentations – with and without technology-created projects
- Projects – videos, computer games, websites
- Reports
