Rather than the standard A, B, C grading, the student would instead be graded as either Satisfactory or Unsatisfactory (S\/U) for their final semester grade. Due to potential impact for Honor Roll, NCAA eligibility, and graduation Honors, students must speak with their counselor before getting the form.\u00a0See our post <a href=\"https:\/\/home.lps.org\/lnscounseling\/1058-2\/\">here <\/a>for more information on this process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The form needs to be signed by the student, a parent\/guardian, the teacher in whose class they are requesting the change in evaluation, and the student&#8217;s counselor.
