On July 21<\/strong>, Students\/Parents will be able to view their 2025-26 course schedule on StudentVue\/ParentVue, on the Class Schedule tab. If there is a concern or a need for a schedule change, you can request an appointment to meet with your counselor by following the instructions found\u00a0HERE<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0Please consider if your change is necessary using the criteria below and know we may not be able to accommodate switching teachers or class periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use the following criteria to help you decide if you need to make a schedule change:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. You have taken and passed a course that is on your schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. You are a senior and are missing a required class for graduation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. You have the same course listed twice on your schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. There is a gap in your schedule (you are missing a period) or a SEE COUNSELOR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. You have not met a prerequisite for a class that is on your schedule. (ex: scheduled for Pottery 2, but have not taken Pottery 1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. You want to make a level change (Diff\/AP course to regular or vice versa).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Seniors only: you want to drop courses for pass periods\/work experience (parent permission).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Counselors will see students for schedule changes by APPOINTMENT ONLY on the following dates\/times:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    THURSDAY, JULY 31: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
    FRIDAY, AUGUST 1: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
    THURSDAY, AUGUST 7: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Starting\u00a0JULY 21 at 12:00 PM<\/strong>, you may access the online appointment calendars by clicking on your counselor\u2019s name below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
