Browsers such as Chrome and Firefox\u00a0use a cache to speed up the display of web pages by re-using elements that they have\u00a0already downloaded. Sometimes this can cause a browser to continue to display old material long after the page has been updated.   1. In the top-right corner of Chrome, click the Chrome menu \"skinnysnowmanmenu\"<\/li>\n
  2. Click Delete Browsing Data<\/span>.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Check the boxes for both Cookies and other site data<\/b> as well as Cached images and files<\/b><\/span><\/span>. <\/span><\/li>\n

    If a specific page is causing you issues, it might need to have its cookies and site data reset. To do this…<\/p>

    1. Click on the Site Settings icon<\/b> on the left side of the Omnibox (address bar).\u00a0<\/li>
    2. Click Site Settings<\/b>.\u00a0<\/li>
    3. Under Usage, click the Delete data<\/b>\u00a0button.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>

      This will clear all site data for this page alone. You will be signed out of this site, and any offline data will be cleared too. Clearing cookies for any site that requires Multi-Factor Authentication (like the LPS Portal) will require users to re-authenticate during the sign-in process.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
