Setting Up Your Mobile Device

Every Android device operates just a bit differently, but the following information may be helpful in configuring your phone to retrieve your LPS Zimbra email.

  1. Open the system Settings on your phone
  2. Go to Accounts
  3. Select Add Account
    1. Account Type: Corporate or Exchange
    2. Email Address: your FULL LPS Email address (ex: – Do not press “next”
    3. Select the option to “Set up manually
      1. Password: enter your LPS Password
      2. Domain\username:\username
      3. Server:
      4. Port: 443
      5. If available or prompted, choose to ‘Accept all SSL certificates’
      6. If prompted, approve ‘Remote security administrator’
