The award recognizes advisors that embrace the SkillsUSA Framework to create career-ready graduates and opportunities for every member.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-42822ce elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"42822ce\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Explanation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9a27eae elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9a27eae\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Amanda Woodward is a skilled and technical sciences teacher, and has taught since 2019. She was instrumental in opening the Aviation and Technical Education Focus Program at North Star High School.<\/p><p>Under Amanda\u2019s direction, the chapter earned a gold medal in the Chapter Excellence Program.
