You could use that document as a &#8220;script.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Remember to set up a &#8220;Getting Started&#8221; test session on&nbsp;www.riversidedatamanager.com (logged in using your test coordinator username &#8211; see details is the <a href=\"http:\/\/docushare.lps.org\/docushare\/dsweb\/Get\/Document-2064560\/LPS%20Using%20Datamanager%20How%20To%20for%20Test%20Coordinators.docx\">&#8220;How to for Test Coordinators&#8221;<\/a>&nbsp;document)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>You may want to project your screen as you imitate a proctor (logging in as a proctor on&nbsp;www.riversidedatamanager.com) while your proctors imitate students (they log into <a href=\"http:\/\/www.riversideonlinetest.com\">http:\/\/www.riversideonlinetest.com<\/a>&nbsp;using real student IDs from your school) . If you have two projectors and 2 screens, you could project the proctor screen on 1 and the &#8220;student&#8221; screen on the other.<\/li>\n<li>You may want to have some paper materials ready for them: the tracking sheet (if you&#8217;re using that), an example class roster with student IDs, Accommodations and Discrepancy forms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1rem; line-height: 1.6;\">Elements to cover during proctor training:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1rem; line-height: 1.6;\">What proctors can expect from you (tracking sheet or other materials)<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Show Proctors how to start the right test session:&nbsp;they&nbsp;go to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.riversidedatamanager.com\">www.riversidedatamanager.com<\/a> , they use their Proctor username and password (e.g. <a href=\"mailto:LpsIowa+121P1@lps.org\">LpsIowa+121P1@lps.org<\/a> , LpsTesting1)&nbsp;&nbsp;, look for the right test session in the list provided, use the information you gave them to find session, click on it, it starts!
