Supported Software & Services

You will find many of the applications listed below installed on your computer or in use in your building/department. These pages are intended to provide context for each item/topic and point you in the right direction for more information.

Help Desk Support

If you would like individual support from a Helpdesk support specialist, please submit a ticket at http://help.lps.org or call 436-1735. The LPS Helpdesk is available Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7am and 5pm.  Summer Hours 7:00am to 4:00pm.

Licensing

Licensing varies from software to software. Some are readily available on LPS computers by default, others must be purchased. Questions regarding purchase of software should be directed to Darin Raguse in Computing Services.
